Hurricane Fiona Relief
On September 19, 2022, Hurricane Fiona hit the Dominican Republic as a category 1 hurricane. This is the first hurricane to directly impact the DR since Jeanne in 2004. Heavy winds and rains produced landslides, fallen bridges, road blockages, and power outages. Donations will go to Catholic Charities in the Dominican Republic to assist in hurricane relief efforts.
